Here we go again...

However, this time I have a plan. I will be controlling the Miami Heat and the Memphis Grizzlies.

With the Heat, I plan on reuniting Shaq and D'Wade. I will give up J. O'neal for Shaq and hope to reel in a draft pick. Say what you will, but I loved watching those two play together. That combo paired with Beasley will be nice for a year. Obviously, year two will need to be focused on replacing the big guy. If I manuver the early trades right, I would like to end up with two first round picks for next year. Then I can target Shaq's replacement, DeMarcus Cousins.

As far as the Grizzlies are concerned, I would like to send Mayo to Chicago for Rose. Can you imagine the "Return of Derrick Rose to Memphis"??? Can he finish what he started several years ago at the college level??? From there, I need to see what's possible...
